Insuring Churches

Churches may be insured under a special version of the Businessowners policy form. We have found that most churches suitable to this program are smaller, rural churches.

Principal occupancy for Religious purposes

Up to 10,000 square feet per floor

Up to two stories in height

Combined Building, Contents, and Loss of Income coverage may not exceed $750,000; consult underwriter for higher values prior to binding

Directors and Officers Liability coverage is not available

No coverage for Sexual Misconduct
